* Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and it must be in the mail by day 30. Include everything that came in the box: the frame, all four lenses, hard case, soft pouch, microfiber cloth, Rx insert and manual. Ship it with the prepaid label we email you, as labels you buy yourself can't be reimbursed. Damage that didn't happen during cycling or normal athletic use is not eligible for a return.

Lifetime warranty: Covers crashes, drops and impacts during cycling or athletic use, plus manufacturing defects. It applies to the original purchaser of a Shield bought at gvty.ca and is not transferable. Normal wear and tear, such as fine scratches from cleaning or worn nose pads, is not covered, nor are accessories, loss, theft or misuse. Claims in the first 30 days are free. From day 31, you cover shipping (typically $13 to $25 CAD) plus a $5 CAD claim fee per part.

Please read our full Return Policy and Lifetime Warranty Policy for all terms and conditions.
